In 2015 The city of Tualatin started a city wide rebranding process. With the additional funding, the Community Services (Parks and Recreation, Library) needed to transition from a four page insert in their city newspaper to a 24 page independent catalog. The department needed a way to organize and curate the increase of content from their program providers while developing their own platform within the new city branding.
