In 2016 The city of Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation (LOPR) was required to put together an annual report for 2015 and 2016. The department wanted a template for the report they could adjust and edit internally to execute for both years (and future years) to tell their year story to both City Officials as well as the public at large. Upon further brand and department research, KEEL Creative decided to use the annual report as another way to advertise the city at large and tie in their 5 year “Living Well in LO” initiative.
